Can I have location preferences for my delivery associates?
Yes, you can assign a delivery associate with a geofence. The planning engine would consider this linkage and assign orders of that geofence only to the delivery associate.
Apart from that, you can also set preferred PIN codes for delivery associates. Based on the settings, these PIN codes would be considered for planning.
System would give a priority to the assigned geofence, in case of conflict between an assigned geofence and PIN code preference.
