Can I upgrade my subscription? How?

There are two ways in which the subscription can be upgraded or downgraded –

  1. Modify Plan  
  2. Increase or Decrease the count of Resources in the existing plan.

Modify Plan
You can upgrade your Trial plan to Small Business Plan or Enterprise Plan based on the number of resources you want to use. This you can do from the LogiNext Self Service Portal. If you are already using the Enterprise plan, you can contact your account manager to increase the number of resources.  

If you are upgrading the plan in the middle of subscription period, then the charges shall be applicable on pro rata basis based on the new higher version of the plan selected and the number of resources.

The new invoice that shall be generated at the end of the current subscription period shall have the new plan details.

Increase the count of resources in the existing plan
You can increase this count at any at any point of time. It is effective immediately. In this case, also the charges shall be applicable on pro rata basis.

The new invoice generated at the end of the current subscription period shall have the new resource count details.
