Can LogiNext system be used to do Capacity and Hub planning?
Our planning optimizes the resources considering capacity as one of the variables and your resources are optimized and move with best utilization rate. It is possible that every resource capacity is not utilised 100% but Planning Algo yield the best possible ROA (Return on Asset) with minimised cost and where all the demand is met with ~99% service level.
LogiNext system (comes with App both for Driver and Ops manager) & is integrated with GPS enabling real time tracking and live alerts. Planning Engine calculates ETA before the start of trip which is communicated to customers. Any deviation due to real time traffic or path discrepancy is also captured where revised ETAs are shared with next client in the value chain enabling him to do the resource or hub planning in an efficient way. We help in designing intelligent Ge- Fences and any deviation from them is captured which invariably affects ETA. For e.g. FTL starting from a manufacturing Location in Dallas and moving to NYC which multiple stoppage points. ETA is communicated to stakeholder at the start of trip so that panning can done for unloading, however if there is a disruption due to external factors same is taken account so that hub can plan the unloading in a better and structured way as updated ETA is shared with them.
