How do I know my payment due date?
Payment for LogiNext licensed subscription is always in prepaid mode i.e. you need to pay in advance before you can use.
The payment due date is mentioned in the invoice. Payments have to be made prior to the contractual due date. Please note that all contracts and subscriptions are by default set to auto-renewal. However, you will receive an email notification to your registered email address from support@loginextsolutions.com prior to auto-renewal.
Kindly add support@loginextsolutions.com to your email address book to avoid mails from going into the spam folder.
