How do I request LogiNext to develop a feature which is not currently available in the software?
You can ask LogiNext to provide a solution to a business problem that you are facing which you think the existing system is not able to cater. Account managers assigned to you will understand the requirements and try to provide you a best possible solution. In case the solution is still not feasible, it would be taken up as a customization request for which time and effort would be shared with you.
