How is the ETA calculated for orders in planned Trips?
For each order, ETA is calculated as total of transit time to reach current order’s location from previous order’s location + service time taken to complete the task. Transit time is calculated on basis of real time traffic patterns, road distance and speed of vehicle/delivery associate.
