Is there any Consulting and training is available? Post Sign-up, how is my account set-up done in LogiNext?

As soon as you sign-up, a dedicated Account Manager is assigned to you who would be an SME for your industry vertical and understand your operations, stake holders, product expectations and would help you set-up the account.
A formal 9 week On-Boarding plan shall be floated by this Account Manager, that will cover in depth training for your power users, operation managers, delivery executives, field service agents.
This On Boarding phase shall cover every aspect like – Configuration and Master Data Set-up, Training on LogiNext Product features, Go-Live.

Secondly, you can always login with you account credentials to the LN Academy portal and learn how each product feature work.
You can also browse through Product FAQs to look for a quick answer.
