My client is facing issues. How do I login into a client’s account to debug issues?
Impersonification is a feature using which you can log into the customer account and perform certain actions on behalf of the customer. Note that this feature should be used with utmost care as it is real customer’s live data. Any adverse action may impact customer’s operations.
