What is capacity buffer?
For Resources, we have the option to set the buffer in capacity to adjust extra orders that can be carried by the resource. Users have the option to get the buffer set for them. If it is not set, max orders that system will assign to a resource will be equal to his capacity in Units. For e.g. value of buffer = 1 means 100% capacity can be utilized, 1.2 means 120% capacity can be utilized and so on.
