There can be multiple types of orders <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">based on the account you have opted for:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 30px 0 15px 0;\"><strong>Types of Orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the Pickup and Delivery account, you can create the following types of orders:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Pickup:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An order picked up from the pickup location and delivered to your branch, without stops at any intermediate branches.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Delivery:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An order picked up from your branch and delivered to the delivery location, without stops at any intermediate branches.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Pickup and Delivery:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An order picked up from the pickup location and brought to your branch before being picked up again and delivered to the delivery location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Point-to-Point (P2P):<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An order picked up from the pickup location and delivered to the delivery location, without stops at any intermediate branches.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For an End-to-End account, you can create the following types of orders:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>First Mile<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">:<\/span> An order that is picked up from the pickup location and delivered to the first (or only) branch in its journey.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Last Mile:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An order that is picked up from the final (or only) branch in its journey and delivered to the delivery location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>All Mile:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An order that is picked up from the pickup location, brought in at one or more branches along the way, and finally delivered to the delivery location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Point-to-Point (P2P):<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An order that is picked up from the pickup location and delivered to the delivery location, without stops at any intermediate branches.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 30px 0 15px 0;\"><strong>Order Statuses<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are multiple order statuses in the LogiNext platform which helps the user understand the stage of an order in its life cycle. To learn more, click <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2023\/07\/11\/order-lifecycle\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Not Dispatched<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>:<\/strong><\/span> This status means that the order is at the origin point and has not been dispatched to the destination location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Intransit<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>:<\/strong><\/span> When an order is assigned to the delivery associate and the trip associated with the respective order is started to move the order from origin to destination, the order status changes to Intransit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Picked Up<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: When a delivery associate picks up the order to bring it to the branch or to the end customer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Attempted Pickup<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>:<\/strong><\/span> When a delivery associate fails to pick up the order either from the merchant\/seller or branch.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Delivered<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: When a delivery associate delivers the order to its final destination.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Attempted Delivery<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>:<\/strong><\/span> When a delivery associate fails to deliver the order either to the merchant\/seller or branch.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Canceled<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>:<\/strong><\/span> When an order is canceled at any point of time in the entire cycle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 30px 0 15px 0;\"><strong>Order States<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order state helps you understand the direction of movement of an order. Below are the four order states that an order can have:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>RTM:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If a customer requests to return an order after it is delivered to them, and you intend to return it to the merchant\/seller, you can mark the order as RTM using the Dispatcher Web\/Mobile App. In case of RTM, the movement of the order would reverse and the order would now move from the end consumer to the branch and then to the merchant\/seller.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Return:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If a customer requests to return an order after it is delivered to them, and you intend to return it to the branch, you can mark the order as Return using the Dispatcher Web\/Mobile App. In case of Return, the order moves from the end consumer to the branch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Forward:<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You would find most of your orders in the forward state. This state means that the orders are either to be picked up from the merchants or delivered to the customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Reverse:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> While creating a new order, if you select \u2018Yes\u2019 in the Return Order field, the order\u2019s state is set to &#8216;reverse.&#8217; This state indicates that the orders are return orders that are scheduled to be picked up from end customers and delivered back to the branch or merchant, or picked up from the branch and delivered back to the merchant.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 30px 0 15px 0;\"><strong>Add Orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LogiNext platform offers you the capability to add multiple types of orders to the application.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are three methods to create orders in the LogiNext platform:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2017\/10\/07\/add-order-through-add-order-form-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Add an order<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by filling out a form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2021\/08\/19\/add-orders-bulk-upload-and-auto-creation\/\">Bulk upload orders <\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by importing an Excel file.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/products.loginextsolutions.com\/product\/#\/developersPortal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Automatically add orders<\/strong><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> via integration with third-party applications.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 30px 0 15px 0;\"><strong>Supported Actions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following actions can be taken for an order:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Assigning an Order:<\/strong><\/span> You can <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2021\/02\/12\/manual-assignment-of-orders\/\">assign orders manually<\/a> or via <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2019\/03\/25\/auto-assignment-properties\/\">Auto-Assignment<\/a>. Alternatively, you can use <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/01\/18\/route-planning-properties-2\/\">Trip Planning<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Update Orders:<\/strong> <\/span>Once an order is created, you may need to update the order details. You can either update a single order or do it in bulk. You can delete such orders. The orders are listed on the basis of the date and time filter applied. You can also generate a list view for the orders of a specific order status only by clicking the downward arrow next to All Orders and selecting the required order status.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can view the following order categories as per their statuses:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Orders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not Dispatched Orders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intransit Orders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completed Orders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelled Orders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not Completed Orders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deleted Orders<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Map View:<\/strong> <\/span>The Map View displays all the orders in the selected date and time period on the map.
