You can do so using any of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>In-line update from the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2017\/10\/12\/orders-list-view-and-map-view-3\/\">Order List View<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulk update via pop-up form in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2017\/10\/12\/orders-list-view-and-map-view-3\/\">Order List View<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatically update using the Update Order API (details on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/products.loginextsolutions.com\/product\/#\/developersPortal\">Developer Portal<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You can update branch details only for Not Dispatched orders of the Point-to-Point order type; other order types are not supported. However, in an End-to-End account, you can update branches for all Not Dispatched milestones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the updated order was originally converted from an order request, any changes made to such an order will also reflect in the corresponding order request. These changes can be seen in the Order Request List Views of both the Dispatcher Web App and Shipper Web App, as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also update customer addresses via the Order List View. Click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/06\/22\/update-customer-address\/\">here<\/a>&nbsp;to learn more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several fields, such as origin, destination, territory name, order type, etc., are not editable. However, certain fields, such as payment mode, can be updated until checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In an End-to-End account, if you update any order details, the changes will also be reflected in the corresponding milestone(s), and vice versa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Updating Order(s) In-line via the List View<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To update specific details of orders in-line right from the Order List View, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click the Order tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the drop-down menu, select All Orders.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"501\" height=\"276\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-120.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the appropriate order(s) whose details you want to update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Update button and select Update from the drop-down menu.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image4-98.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width: 850px;\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the relevant details, such as AWB Number, Skill Set, Start\/End Time Window, Payment Mode, Service Time, etc., as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save to apply changes.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"861\" height=\"209\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image8-44.png\" alt=\"\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"239\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image7-53.png\" alt=\"\"><br><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>You can also add or update the crate and\/or line item details of an order from the Order List View. To do so, click the value in the Crates column of the relevant order and add or update the crate and\/or line item details, as needed. You can also optimize your order packing by clicking the Optimize Packing option (click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2023\/10\/27\/3d-packing-optimization\/\">here<\/a>\u00a0to learn how this works) or delete the crate and\/or line item by clicking the delete icon. Once you have made all the necessary changes, click Save.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"184\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image2-114.png\" alt=\"\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"860\" height=\"434\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-96-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Updating Order(s) In Bulk via the Update Form<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To update details of multiple orders at once\u2014for example, if you want to update the Start Time or End Time for several orders\u2014you can use the Bulk Update functionality or the Update Order Form. To do this, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click the Order tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the drop-down menu, select All Orders.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"501\" height=\"276\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-120.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the appropriate order(s) whose details you want to update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Bulk Update button.&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image6-64.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"858\" height=\"218\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pop-up will appear where you can update the necessary information, as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you have made all the necessary changes, click Update to apply them to all selected orders.&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image5-85.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"859\" height=\"363\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Download PDF Once orders are created, you may need to update their details.
