You can also generate a list view for the orders of a specific Order Status only by clicking the downward arrow next to All Orders and selecting the required Order Status, e.g., Not Dispatched Orders, Intransit Orders, and so on. aria-level=\"1\"><b>Exact Search:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Specify the exact order number in the search bar and click Enter to find a precise match.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Prefix Search:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Specify the starting characters of the order number and click Enter to view a list of orders starting with the entered prefix.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Fuzzy Search:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Specify any characters from the order number (they can be from the middle, end, or any part of the order number) in the same sequence, and click Enter to view a list of all possible orders containing the entered characters.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Notes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For <\/span>Exact Search and Prefix Search, the system retrieves orders created within the past 6 months.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">For Fuzzy Search<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the system retrieves orders based on their start time windows, within a default range of \u00b130 days (i.e., 30 days before and 30 days after the current date, covering a total of 60 days).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"supported-capabilities\"><b>Supported Capabilities<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following tasks from the list view:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a Besides the default fields, it also supports custom fields. To include your custom fields or to customize the order list view template, go to Settings &gt; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/29\/customise-list-views\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Form and List Builder<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 The following are some of the columns in the order list view:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Number:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The unique identifier ID for the order throughout the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Type:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Details whether the order is to be picked up or delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Status:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Current status of the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order State:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The state for which the order is created. For more information, see <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2013\/01\/12\/orders-overview-3\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders Overview<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client Name:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Name of customer whose order is to be picked up or delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment Mode: Whether the payment mode of the order is Prepaid (already paid) or Cash on Delivery (COD).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total Weight: Total weight of the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total Volume: Total volume of the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Value: Total cost of the order. This includes the value of the order + shipping cost.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Origin Address:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Branch from which the delivery associate would start for picking up or delivering the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destination Address:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Customer address where the delivery associate would go for pickup\/delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Items:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Number of line items in the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skill Set:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If your order required a specific type of delivery, it would be mentioned in the Skill Set field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trip No.:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Trip with which the order is associated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Associate:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associate assigned to fulfill the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start Time Window:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Start Time is the time after which the delivery associate should reach the customer for pickup\/delivery of the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">End Time Window:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> End Time is the time before which the delivery associate should reach the customer for pickup\/delivery of the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ETA:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Planned estimated time of pickup\/delivery of the order. ETAs are calculated when the trip is planned and subsequently revised when the trip is started. For more information on how ETAs are calculated, check out <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2018\/03\/07\/eta-calculation\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ETA calculation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last Tracking:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The time when the last tracking information was received from the LogiNext Driver app of the delivery associate. Last Tracking is not available for \u2018Not Dispatched\u2019 orders. If the delivery associate is offline or the GPS location services are OFF, then the time when the last tracking information was received is shown in the column.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Track Now:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Link to track the delivery associate to track the current location. Orders geocoded by the system are marked in blue. Addresses that the system is unable to geocode are shown in red. You can also update the order coordinates.
