While predefined reports provide a strong starting point, they may include fields that aren\u2019t relevant to your specific business needs. You can also skip this action.<br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To schedule a report, f<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ill in the following details:<br><\/span><b>&#8211; Scheduler Name: <\/b>Name of the scheduler that would help you to identify it uniquely.<br><b>&#8211; Frequency: <\/b>The frequency at which you want to schedule the report, i.e., daily, weekly, monthly, or custom frequency.<br><b>&#8211; Starts On: <\/b>You can enter the date from when you want to start getting the reports.<br><b>&#8211; End On: <\/b>You can choose \u2018Never\u2019 which would mean there is no End Date for the scheduler. If you want to have the report for a specific time frame, you can select \u2018On\u2019 and enter the End Date for the scheduler.<br><b>&#8211; User Details:<br><\/b><b>1. Select User: <\/b>Select the recipients of the report. You can select more than one recipient. Note that you can only select the users that have the same Organisational Role as you.<br><b>2. Others: <\/b>If some users are not created in the system and you want to send the report mail to them, you can do so by entering their email addresses here. The reports will encompass data from 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours for the designated reporting period. For instance, let&#8217;s consider today is the 16th of May, and a report is scheduled to be sent daily at 10 AM. The report will include data from the 15th of May, starting at 00:00 hours and ending at 23:59 hours.
