This report includes order information such as Order IDs, Client Name, Statuses, shipping information, Pickup\/Delivery Notes, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Downloading the Orders Report<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To download the Orders Report,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Origin Branch: Branch from which the delivery associate starts picking up or delivering the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destination Branch: Customer address where the delivery associate goes for pickup\/delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destination Latitude: Latitudinal coordinates of the delivery location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destination Longitude: Longitudinal coordinates of the delivery location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insurance Required: Whether the insurance coverage is required for the order or not.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insured Value: Insured amount applicable for the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Type: Details whether the order is to be picked up or delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order State: State for which the order is created. For more information, see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2013\/01\/12\/orders-overview-3\/\">Orders Overview<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skill Set: If your order requires a specific type of delivery, it will be mentioned in the Skill Set field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Location Type: Whether the delivery location of the order is a home or office.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Date: Date on which the order is created in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start Date: Start date and time after which the delivery associate should reach the customer location for pickup\/delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">End Date: End date and time before which the delivery associate should reach the customer location for pickup\/delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment Type: Whether the payment mode of the order is prepaid or cash on delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Value: Total cost applicable for the order after the discount. This amount also includes the shipping charges, if any. This is the amount that has to be collected by the delivery associate when fulfilling the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Original Value: Cost of the order before applying any discount.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discount: Discount (in %) applicable for the order, if any. This value can include decimals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned cash at Pickup: Estimated amount to be collected by the delivery associate at the pickup location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual cash at Pickup: Actual amount collected by the delivery associate at the pickup location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned cash at Delivery:\u00a0 Estimated amount to be collected by the delivery associate at the delivery location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual cash at Delivery: Actual amount collected by the delivery associate at the delivery location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment Subtype:\u00a0 If the order is cash on delivery, this field specifies whether the customer paid the amount by cash or card, as recorded in the Driver App.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transaction ID: Transaction ID specified while picking up or delivering the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cash Mismatch Reason: Reason that the delivery associate has provided in case\u00a0the collected amount differs from the expected amount.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opening Cash: Total cash amount present with the delivery associate at the start of the day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Closing Cash: Total cash amount present with the delivery associate at the end of the day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Status: Status of the order at the time when the report is exported.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Service Time: Estimated service time set during order creation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service Time: Actual time taken by a delivery associate to serve the order. This is calculated as the difference between the checkout time and check-in time marked by the delivery associate in the Driver App.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Associate:\u00a0 Name of delivery associate assigned to fulfill the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Associate Mobile Number: Contact number of the delivery associate assigned to fulfill the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DB Employee ID: Employee ID of the delivery associate assigned to fulfill the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Assigned Through: For delivery associate-assigned orders, this specifies whether the assignment was made manually by a user or automatically by the system. Automatic methods include Trip Planning, Auto-Assignment, or IVR.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trip: Name of the trip associated with the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Checkout Time: Time when the delivery associate should check out from the customer location as per the planning engine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start Time (Actual): Time when the order\u2019s trip was started.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">End Time (Actual): Time when the order&#8217;s trip was ended.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Distance: Estimated distance of the order from the branch as per the planning engine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual Distance Travelled: Actual distance traveled by the delivery associate to serve the order. This is calculated by the tracking points received from the delivery associate\u2019s mobile application.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual Distance from Branch: Actual distance traveled by the delivery associate from the branch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual Tracked Distance: Distance the Delivery Associate needs to travel to service the Order. This is the distance calculated using the geo-coordinates of the Order locations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start Time (Planned): Estimated time when the order&#8217;s trip should start as per the planning engine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">End Time (Planned): Estimated time when the order&#8217;s trip should end as per the planning engine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time Taken (Difference in Mins.): Time difference between the actual end time and actual start time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Creation: Date and time when the order was created in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Confirmed: Date and time when the order was confirmed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pickup Check-in Time: Time <\/span>at which the delivery associate has marked the order as checked in for pickup in the Driver App.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pickup Check-out Time: Time <\/span>at which the delivery associate has marked the order as checked out for pickup in the Driver App.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Check-in Time: Time at which the delivery associate has marked the order as checked in for delivery in the Driver App.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Checkout Time: Time at which the delivery associate has marked the order as checked out for delivery in the Driver App.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Time for Pickup: Planned pickup time of the order as per the planning engine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Time for Delivery: Planned delivery time of the order as per the planning engine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual Time to Pickup: Actual date and time of the order pickup. customer captured through the Driver App when the order was picked up or delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ratings: Ratings provided by customers for the pickup or delivery of the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. of Attempts: Number of attempts required to complete the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Territory Enter Time: Time when the delivery associate entered the order territory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Geofence Exit Time: Time when the delivery associate exited the order territory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delayed: Orders completed later than the order end date are considered delayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delayed by (Mins): Minutes by which the order was delayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scan Status: If you maintain the inscan\/outscan process, this column shows the last scanning status of the order i.e.
