Below the total count, you will finda breakdown of these trips. The Donut Chart encapsulates delayed trip details like ‘Started Before Time,’ ‘Started Late,’ and ‘Started On Time’. If a trip started later than its scheduled time, it is counted as Started Late, whereas if a trip started on or before time than the same is reflected in On Time or Before Time bucket.

The system also shows the planned versus actual comparison for distance and time. This is especially useful for highlighting cases where delivery associates could be violating the suggested routes. A higher discrepancy also shows that delivery associates are not marking orders at the right location.

The Planned Distance of a trip is calculated by summing up the estimated distances of all the orders in the trip. Once the trip is completed, then basis the tracking points received from the Driver App, the Actual Distance is derived for the trip. In case of pickup and/or delivery types of orders, the distance from the branch to the first order and then subsequent distances between the orders in the trip get summed up. In the case of a Point-to-Point order, the distance is considered from the pickup to the delivery location instead of the branch as the starting point.

The estimated start time and end time of the trip is used to calculate the Planned Time. When the trip is completed, the Actual Time is calculated basis when the trip actually started and ended. In case a trip is still ongoing, the actual time is the time between the trip actual start time and the current time.

Average Performance

On scrolling down, you can see operational metrics highlighting efficiency.
