Use the filter icon located on the right of the action buttons to view only the vehicles meeting your selection criteria. This can be used by the Trip Planning engine to ensure appropriate loads are assigned while creating trips. To learn more about this parameter, click <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/15\/fleet-configuration\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum Capacity Utilization (%) (in kg): Minimum percentage value of weight capacity that must be occupied at the time of starting a trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum Capacity Utilization (%) (in cc): Minimum percentage value of volume capacity that must be occupied at the time of starting a trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insurance (Expiry Date): Date until which the vehicle\u2019s insurance is valid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Driver: Name of the delivery associate linked with the vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Trip Name: The trip that the vehicle is currently on.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. of Orders: Total number of orders carried in the trip that the vehicle is currently on.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Trip Status: Whether the trip that the vehicle is currently on has Started\/Not Started\/Ended.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Status: Whether the vehicle is Available\/In Transit\/Inactive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Active\/Inactive: Whether the vehicle is active\/inactive. You can use the toggle button to mark a vehicle as active or inactive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Make: Manufacturer associated with the vehicle\u2019s fleet type.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Model: Model of the vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Branch: Name of the branch linked with the vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Branch Description: Description of the branch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Compartments: Number of compartments linked to the vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In an End-to-End account, the Vehicle List View differs slightly to accommodate the functionalities needed for middle-mile movements. The Vehicle List View of an End-to-End account displays No. of Milestones instead of No. of Orders. It also displays tracker details.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Restructuring the List View<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following functions on the Vehicle List View:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select columns: Click the vertical ellipsis icon located on the right of the action buttons to select the columns that you want to see in the list view.
