Each delivery associate has access to the LogiNext Driver Mobile App, using which they can successfully fulfill the orders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Delivery Associate List View displays a list of all the delivery associates in the system. To include your custom fields or to customize the Delivery Associate List View Template, go to Settings&gt; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/29\/customise-list-views\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Form and List Builder<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 T<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">he following information can be displayed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Name:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Name of the delivery associate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Branch:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The branch with which the delivery associate is linked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phone Number:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Contact number of the delivery associate. This is the mobile number which will be linked with the delivery associate\u2019s Driver App account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacity:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Capacity in terms of order\/crate units, weight, and volume that the delivery associate can carry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum Capacity Utilization:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The minimum percentage values of capacity that must be occupied at the time of starting a trip. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This can be used by the Route Planning engine to ensure appropriate loads are assigned to the delivery associates while creating routes\/trips.\u00a0To learn more about this parameter, click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/15\/fleet-configuration\/\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skill Set:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The skills that the delivery associate possesses to carry out specific orders. T<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">he Auto-assignment and Route Planning engines only assign the delivery associates with the corresponding Skill Sets required to fulfill an order<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if the Consider Delivery Associate Skill Set property is enabled in the Planning Profiles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User Name:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Username of the delivery associate that they use to log into the Driver App.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Branch Description: Description of the delivery associate\u2019s branch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Status:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Current status of the delivery associate. If they are linked with a \u2018Started\u2019 trip, the status would be \u2018Intransit\u2019. If they are \u2018Present\u2019 but not linked with a trip, then \u2018Available\u2019. If they are on leave for the day, the status would be \u2018Absent\u2019. If they have been deactivated, it would be \u2018Inactive.\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Device Status: Whether the delivery associate\u2019s mobile device is connected to the internet and logged into the Driver App. The values can be Online or Offline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Running Trip Name:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Name of the trip if the delivery associate is linked with one.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last Tracking:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The delivery associate\u2019s location if they are logged into the Driver app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attendance:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Whether the delivery associate is present on the day or not. Delivery associates can mark their attendance on the Driver app. You can view how many associates are present at any given point of time. You can also update the attendance records on your own.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Active\/Inactive:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You can use the toggle buttons in this column to activate\/deactivate a delivery associate. If marked \u2018Inactive\u2019, the delivery associate shall be logged out of the Driver App on his phone. Note that you cannot deactivate a delivery associate while they are \u2018In transit\u2019\/associated with a running trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Break:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Via the Driver app, the delivery associates can mark whether they are working or on a break. You can view this status from here.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed Cost:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Fixed Cost defined for a delivery associate while adding them in the system. This is considered in Route Planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Variable Cost:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Variable Cost defined for a delivery associate while adding them in the system. This is considered in Route Planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Weekly Off:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Day(s) that the delivery associate shall not be working.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">App Version:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Version of the Driver App running on the delivery associate\u2019s mobile device.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cash Paid: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total cash paid to the delivery associate by the dispatcher.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Territory Name:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Geofence\/territory mapped to a delivery associate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cash Collected:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Total cash collected by the delivery associate from customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cash Balance:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Cash balance left with the delivery associate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Network Status: Connectivity of the delivery associate\u2019s mobile device with the GPS network, based on the time the last tracking point is received. The status is classified as Online, Idle, or Offline as follows:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online: The time difference between the current time and the last tracking point received is less than or equal to 10 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Idle: The time difference between the current time and the last tracking point received is more than 10 minutes and less than or equal to 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Offline: The time difference between the current time and the last tracking point received is greater than 30 minutes.<\/span>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> The 10-minute and 30-minute thresholds are configurable. To update these values, connect with your Account Manager or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2023\/02\/03\/log-a-ticket\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">raise a support ticket<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Waiting Time Cost:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Waiting Time Cost defined for a delivery associate while adding them in the system.
