You can add delivery associates in the LogiNext platform in the following 3 ways:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add a delivery associate using the Add Delivery Associate form<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bulk upload delivery associates using an Excel file<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Automatically add delivery associates via integration with third-party applications<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once a delivery associate has been successfully created, a trip is automatically created as their \u2018Default\u2019 trip. To configure the additional proof options that appear in the drop-down, go to Module Configuration &gt; Fleet Configuration.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loading Time: Time taken by the delivery associate to load all the orders of a trip in their vehicle. This property can be considered in Route Planning.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Associate Operations Type: Whether the delivery associate would perform on-demand or scheduled pickups\/deliveries. Select \u2018OD\u2019 if this delivery associate would be assigned orders via the Auto-assignment engine. Select \u2018Scheduled\u2019 if they would be assigned orders via the Route Planning Engine. You can also select both, as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distance Allowed: Maximum distance that the delivery associate can travel in a trip, from the branch till the last order\u2019s pickup\/delivery location. This property can be considered in Route Planning.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Movement Type: This field is available for an End-to-End account. This is determined by the settings you configure in the &#8216;Capacity Optimization Parameters&#8217; of your Planning Profile (Settings &gt; Trip Planning Configuration &gt; Planning Profile &gt; Capacity Optimization Parameters).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum Capacity Utilization (%): The minimum percentage values of capacity that must be occupied at the time of starting a trip. To configure Skill Sets, go to Module Configuration&gt; Fleet Configuration.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum Stops<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:&nbsp; Here, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you can set the maximum number of pickup\/delivery stops that can be made by this delivery associate in a trip. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note that Maximum Stops values are considered during Trip Planning only if the constraint Maximum Number of Stops is enabled in the Planning Profile. This is considered in Route Planning when the Planning Objective is Optimize Fleet Capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Variable Cost: Per km cost associated with the delivery associate. This is considered in Route Planning when the Planning Objective is Optimize Fleet Capacity or Optimize Time and Distance.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transporter Time Cost: Cost that would be incurred when the delivery associate is traveling in the trip. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is considered in Route Planning when the Planning Objective is Optimize Fleet Capacity or Optimize Time and Distance.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Waiting Time Cost: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cost incurred when the delivery associate is waiting for order completion.
