This article focuses on the Order Proof Details tab of the Trip History page, where you can access proof-related information for all orders in a trip, including payment details, electronic proofs of delivery (EPODs), electronic signatures (E-Signs), average ratings, and more.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Viewing Order Proof Details<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To view the order proof details of a trip, follow the steps below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the Routes tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> When was the trip created, started, the original order sequence assigned to the delivery associate, the date and time when each order is fullfilled, trip end time, and more. You can also click any order number in the timeline to open its <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/03\/07\/order-history-2\/\">Order History<\/a> page for additional order-level details.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: On the timeline, each order is marked by a circle.\u00a0<\/span>Blue circles with a check mark indicate orders that have been successfully completed. This is especially useful when the actual recipient is different from the contact person listed during order creation. Delivery associates can record this information directly in the Driver App.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Checkin Time:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Time when the delivery associate marks the order as checked in on the Driver App.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Checkout Time:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Time when the delivery associate marks the order as Picked Up, Delivered, or Attempted in the Driver App.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment Mode:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mode of payment for the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual Amount:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Order amount that was entered while creating the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Received Amount:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Actual amount collected by the delivery associate while picking up or delivering the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Epod:<\/span> Number of order proofs attached by the delivery associate for this order.
