Delivery Associates need to complete orders in the sequence provided as the outcome of route planning. In the timeline view, you can<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>view when the trip was started<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>original order sequence that needs to be followed by the delivery associate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>actual date and time when the order was marked as pickedup or delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>actual date and time when the trip was ended<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Trip Details: <\/b>Trip Details shows the details of the trip created. It shows details about<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>delivery associate linked with the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vehicle used for the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>driver of the vehicle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>date on which the trip has to be started<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier linked with the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier branch linked with the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fleet Type associated with the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>branch details of the delivery associate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planned and actual start time of the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planned and actual end time of the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planned and actual travelling time of the trip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planned and actual distance travelled for the trip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Order Details:<\/b>&nbsp;You can view the number of orders associated with the trip and a break-up of orders in a particular state in a graphical format. You can view the number of orders that are completed, not completed, intransit, missed, and cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an order that was attempted but couldn&#8217;t be delivered is reassigned to the same trip and delivered this time around, the status of that order would be &#8216;completed&#8217;. If it remains undelivered again, its status would be &#8216;not completed&#8217;. Similarly, if this order is missed by the delivery associate, its status would be &#8216;missed&#8217;. That is, in such cases, the order is not counted twice but its terminal status is considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>List of Orders:<\/b>&nbsp;In the last section, you can view the order details under each order state. The following information is available in the table containing the list of orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Sr.No.: Sequence in which the orders are to be picked up or delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order No.: Number given to the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order Address: Customer address for the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assigned: Whether the order was assigned to the trip manually or by planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start Time: Order start time entered when the order was created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>End Time: Order end time entered when the order was created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ETA &#8211; Planned: Planned time of arrival at customer&#8217;s address. This is calculated when the trip was started.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ETA &#8211; Actual: Actual time of arrival at customer&#8217;s address. This is the time when the delivery associate actually reached the customer and checked in from the Driver app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned Distance: Distance between orders calculated when trip was planned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No. of Items: Number of items associated with the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Status: Order status i.e. whether the order is delivered, not delivered, intransit, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete\/Partial: If the order is delivered, is it delivery completely or partially.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Download PDF Once a trip is created, you can view its complete details and the current status of its associated orders via the Trip History.
