If you have planned for your own fleet, each trip will be automatically assigned to its corresponding delivery associate. If you have planned for outsourced fleet, each trip is tagged with the relevant carrier. A trip may consist of multiple orders for the delivery associate\/carrier to fulfill, arranged in the most optimized sequence for pickups or deliveries.&nbsp;This sequence is recorded in the Delivery Run Sheet (DRS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To access the DRS for any trip, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click the Routes tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the drop-down menu, select All Trips.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-14431\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2023-08-07-at-11.21.36-AM-1-300x214.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2023-08-07-at-11.21.36-AM-1-300x214.png 300w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2023-08-07-at-11.21.36-AM-1.png 718w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This will take you to the Trip List View. On top, you will get the following trip details:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Trip Number: Trip Number of the selected trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery Associate: Name of the delivery associate linked with the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicle Number: Vehicle Number of the vehicle linked with the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branch: Branch of the delivery associate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driver: If the trip is linked to a driver, then this field would have driver details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer(s): Number of customers that would be served in the selected trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders: Number of orders that are part of the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crates: Number of crates that are part of the orders in the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items: Number of line items in the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total Distance: Distance that the delivery associate would travel for completing the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total Time: Time that the delivery associate would take to complete the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amount to be collected: If there are orders where the delivery associate needs to collect cash, then it would be summed up and shown.<br><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfdOv8Ynprl94vhC9G0q48xL3F51JKfgAl6apAaH93awDeRDEUW7_4qVQBVKO1bXL88zeEw7Z3bYyjnpB0XoklDUjm_cZnLVwN05TbzL9xM0rPuv7YFiNbiGqK-xBic-5FO6cjS?key=vpAV6k87AC66G5CquGdHrqfh\"><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below the trip details, you will find the following two tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"#orders\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#orders\">Orders<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#customers\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#customers\">Customers<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"orders\"><strong>1. Orders<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you can see the sequence in which orders are to be picked up or delivered. You will find both the pickup and delivery legs for the planned orders. If an order pertains to pickup, the customer\u2019s address serves as the pickup address, and the branch location serves as the delivery address. Likewise, if the order is for delivery, the pickup location corresponds to the branch address, while the customer\u2019s address functions as the delivery destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can perform the following actions on this page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Add orders to the trip:<\/span> You can add Not Dispatched orders to the planned trip. Select checkboxes against the orders you wish to assign. You can also view the locations of all orders in the Map View, along with the sequence in which they will be served.
