To find the Trip List View, go to Routes &gt; All Trips.<\/span><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30668\" style=\"width: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image12-30.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Date and Time Filter<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The trips are listed on the basis of the date and time filter applied. You can also generate a list view for the trips of a specific Trip Status only by clicking the downward arrow next to All Trips and selecting the required Trip Status, e.g., Started Trips, Not Started Trips, and so on. For a trip to be shown in the respective list view, the following date\/time should fall in the selected date and time period:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Trips: Trip Creation Time<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Started Trips: Actual Trip Start Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not Started Trips: Planned Trip Start\/End Time (If the Planned Trip Start\/End Time is not specified, the system considers the Trip Creation Time)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ended Trips: Actual Trip End Time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The default date and time window in the filter is: 7 days before the present date to the present date, e.g., if you are viewing the list on a Monday, the trips shown will be the ones from the last Monday (00:00 am) to the present Monday (11:59 pm).<\/span>&nbsp;<br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30670\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image9-49.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: <i>You can access data only from the past three years.<\/i><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30672\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image15-18.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Searching for a Trip<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two ways to search for a specific trip:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Search functionality in a column: You can search using the trip name in the Trip Name column, the number of orders in the No. Of Orders column, and so on.<\/span><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30674\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image11-41.png\" alt=\"\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced Filters: The Advanced Filters let you specify a condition and its values to display the relevant results only. Use the filter icon located on the right of the action buttons to view only the trips meeting your selection criteria. Go to Add Filter&gt; Add Condition&gt; Apply Filter.<\/span><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30682\" style=\"width: 430px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image8-62.png\" alt=\"\"> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30684\" style=\"width: 430px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image2-133.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Supported Capabilities<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following tasks from the list view:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2025\/04\/18\/manually-assign-trips-to-carriers\/\">Manually assign trips to carriers<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2018\/01\/17\/start-end-trips\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start\/Stop Trip<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2018\/01\/17\/delivery-run-sheet-drs\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Show Delivery Run Sheet (DRS)<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2018\/01\/17\/delivery-run-sheet-drs\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Print Delivery Run Sheet (DRS)<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2018\/01\/17\/update-trips\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Update<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the trip information<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2018\/01\/17\/delete-trips\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delete trip(s)<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2022\/08\/25\/manual-eta-revision\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revise the ETA<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of orders in a trip.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download a report of all the trips as shown in the list view, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2023\/11\/01\/tracker-trip-report\/\">Trip Tracker Report<\/a>.<\/span><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30675\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image4-113.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Columns in the Trip List View<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Trip List View displays various details about the trips. Besides the default fields, it also supports custom fields. To include your custom fields or to customize the trip list view template, go to Settings&gt; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2019\/01\/29\/customise-list-views\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Form and List Builder<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp; The following are some of the columns in the trip list view:<\/span><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30677\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image13-24.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Route Name: Name of the route.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trip Name: Name of the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. of Orders: Number of orders in a trip. Note that when a trip\u2019s status is \u2018Not Started\u2019 or \u2018Started\u2019, the total number of orders in a trip is displayed in this column. However, when the trip\u2019s status is \u2018Ended\u2019, the total number of orders that are either fulfilled or attempted is displayed in this column.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. of Customers: Number of customers served in a trip. Note that when a trip\u2019s status is \u2018Not Started\u2019 or \u2018Started\u2019, the total number of customers to be served in a trip is displayed in this column. However, when the trip\u2019s status is \u2018Ended\u2019, the total number of customers whose orders were fulfilled or attempted is displayed in this column.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Left Capacity (in units): Unutilized capacity of the trip post the order assignment either through planning or manual assignment in terms of units.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Units can refer to either the quantity of orders or crates. This is determined by the settings you configure in the \u2018Capacity Optimization Parameters\u2019 of your Planning Profile (Settings &gt; Trip Planning Configuration &gt; Planning Profile &gt; Capacity Optimization Parameters).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Left Capacity (in kg): Unutilized capacity of the trip post the order assignment either through planning or manual assignment in terms of weight.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Left Capacity (in cc): Unutilized capacity of the trip post the order assignment either through planning or manual assignment in terms of volume.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Associate: Name of the delivery associate linked with the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phone Number: Contact number of the delivery associate.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alternate Mobile Number: Alternate contact number of the delivery associate.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vehicle: Vehicle associated with the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last Tracking: The delivery associate\u2019s location if they are logged into the Driver app. If the delivery associate is offline or the GPS location services are OFF, then the time when the last tracking information was received is shown in the column.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual Start Time: Actual time when the trip started.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual End Time: Actual time when the trip ended.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Status: Whether the trip status is Started\/Not Started\/Ended.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Start Time: Planned time at which the trip would start, as per the trip plan.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned End Time: Planned time at which the trip would end, as per the trip plan.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Branch: Name of the branch linked with the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Distance: Total distance that would be covered by the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual Distance: Actual distance covered by the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trip Duration: Total time duration for which the trip is running\/in transit.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ETA: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned estimated time to fulfill the orders in the trip. ETAs are calculated when the trip gets planned and subsequently revised when the trip gets started. For more information on how ETAs are calculated, check out<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2018\/03\/07\/eta-calculation\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ETA calculation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carrier Name: Name of the carrier associated with the trip.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carrier Branch Name: Name of the carrier branch associated with the trip.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fleet Type: Name of the Fleet Type associated with the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned Total Cost: Total cost associated with the vehicle linked to the trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned Fixed Cost: Fixed cost associated with the vehicle linked to the trip. This is reflected only when the trip is planned with the Planning Objective set as Optimize Fleet Capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned Variable Cost: Per unit distance cost associated with the vehicle linked to the trip. This is reflected only when the trip is planned with the Planning Objective set as Optimize Fleet Capacity or Optimize Time and Distance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned Transport Time Cost: Cost incurred while the vehicle is on a trip. This is reflected only when the trip is planned with the Planning Objective set as Optimize Fleet Capacity or Optimize Time and Distance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned Waiting Time Cost: Cost incurred while waiting for order completion. Total waiting time is calculated as Total Trip Time \u2013 (Total Transit Time between Orders + Total Service Time of all Orders in a Trip). This is reflected only when the trip is planned with the Planning Objective set as Optimize Fleet Capacity or Optimize Time and Distance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Restructuring the List View<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following functions on the Trip List View:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select columns: Click the vertical ellipsis icon located on the right of the action buttons to select the columns that you want to see in the list view.<\/span><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30686\" style=\"width: 450px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-139.png\" alt=\"\"> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30688\" style=\"width: 450px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image10-42.png\" alt=\"\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refresh: Use the refresh icon located on the right of the action buttons to refresh the list.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sort: Click the arrow next to a column name and select the option \u2018Sort Ascending\u2019 or \u2018Sort Descending\u2019 to arrange the results in an ascending\/descending order.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pin a column to left\/right: Click the arrow next to a column name and select the option \u2018Pin Left\u2019 or \u2018Pin Right\u2019 to pin the column to the extreme left\/right of the table.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hide a column: Click the arrow next to a column name and select the option \u2018Hide Column\u2019 to hide a column from the table.<\/span><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30690\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image6-82.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resize columns: From the column header row, click the border separating any two columns and drag-drop to resize the column width.<\/span><br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30689\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-112.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Map View<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Map View displays all the trips on a map. To access the map view, go to Routes> All Trips> Map. You can select a specific trip to view it on the map.
