In one trip, there may be multiple orders for the delivery associate to fulfill depending on your configurations. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trip Planning Copilot lets you plan the most optimized trips for your owned or outsourced fleet, based on a set of properties that constitute<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/01\/18\/route-planning-properties-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning Profile<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create an optimized trip plan, all you need to do is select the orders and the fleet that should be considered for fulfilling those orders. In the <\/span><b>Orders<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> screen, select the desired Planning Profile from the drop-down menu. You can also view or update the planning properties for this trip plan, as needed. You can either update the planning properties one by one using the tabs or in bulk. The default date and time window in the filter are, 7 days before the current date to the current date. To view more order details, you can use the vertical ellipsis icon and add more columns to the order list. Once you have selected the orders, click Next to move to the next step of planning, i.e., fleet selection. You can also use a combination of your own and outsourced fleet. If you would like to plan the trips for your carriers only, you can skip this screen without selecting anything, and go to the Outsourced Fleet screen.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the Territory Profile:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Select the required Territory Profile from the drop-down menu <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to visualize the territories whose orders\/delivery associates you want to consider for planning. If you do not want to specify any Territory Profile, select \u2018No Territory Profile\u2019 in the drop-down. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you hover over a territory, the map displays information like orders falling in that territory, its delivery associates, and more. This information lets you assess order volumes in territories and strategically select delivery associates. The map also displays some checkboxes at the bottom to offer you an option to view only the desired territories, based on the number of orders in them. To view all the selected orders on the map, select the \u2018Selected Orders\u2019 checkbox. You can also click a territory to view even more details or edit\/delete the territories, as needed. Territories are created and tagged to delivery associates to make sure that orders of a particular area (territory) are assigned to the associated delivery associates. To learn more about the same, click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/01\/12\/add-geofence\/\">here<\/a>. <\/span><\/span>If you want to create a new territory in the selected Territory Profile, click the polygon icon on the map to start creating the territory. Click the map where you would like to create the first point of the territory. Similarly, click the map at other points to draw a basic outline of the territory. You can use drag-and-drop functionality to create the perfect outline.
