This is where the Planning Results are available.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the Show All option. You can find the orders that remained unassigned and the reasons for unassignment. The following can be the reasons.<\/span><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-15942\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/trip-planning-results-3-300x60.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"136\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/trip-planning-results-3-300x60.png 300w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/trip-planning-results-3-768x153.png 768w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/trip-planning-results-3.png 789w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Skillset mismatch:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The planning engine tries to assign an order to a delivery associate who has the skill set to serve that order. If the planning engine does not find a delivery associate with the relevant skill set, such orders would remain unassigned with \u2018skillset mismatch\u2019 as the reason.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\">Orders cannot be served within the specified time window:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the selected delivery associates cannot reach the location in the specified order time window.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u>Capacity of selected delivery associate\/s is insufficient to serve the orders:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any of the selected delivery associates do not have the capacity in terms of the number of units, weight, or volume to serve the order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u>Orders exceeded the maximum distance constraint of selected delivery associate\/s:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can configure the maximum distance that can be traveled by a delivery associate in a trip. If adding an order would exceed the distance that the delivery associate can cover in a trip, that order would remain unassigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u>Branch mismatch:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The branch affiliations of the delivery associate and the order do not match<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u>Orders are not geocoded:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The planning engine only considers geocoded orders. Orders not geocoded would be excluded from the plan and remain unassigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u>Delivery associate\/s not mapped to selected geofence:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0If the territory to which the delivery associate is mapped does not match with that of order\u2019s, then the orders will remain unassigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u>Delivery associate not available:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No delivery associate is available to complete the order<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><u>Pincode mismatch:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When creating a delivery associate, you can define their pin code preference. Orders with pincodes other than the delivery associates\u2019 preferred pincodes would not be assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u>Customer break time overlaps with order time window:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order remained unassigned because the customer break time window was during the order pickup\/delivery time window.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><u>Order time window expired before the start of planning:<\/u> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This depends on your configurations in the planning property \u201cOrders with Elapsed Time-window\u201d. If disabled, the orders with an order time window earlier than the time of planning shall not be considered. For example, if the order time window is 21st June between 10 AM to 11 AM and you are creating a plan on 21st June at 3 PM, then the order would remain unassigned as the order time window has expired before starting the trip planning activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The maximum stops of delivery associate are insufficient to serve the order<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You can configure the maximum number of stops that can be traveled by a delivery associate in a trip. If the delivery associate\u2019s trip includes more locations than they can feasibly visit, the orders will remain unassigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Exceeded the constraint of allowing only one vehicle to visit one customer location:<\/span><b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sometimes all the orders for a customer cannot be assigned in a single vehicle. In such cases, the orders remain as unassigned. This is applicable only when \u2018One Vehicle for Nearby Orders\u2019 toggle is on.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Maximum trip duration not fulfilled:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can set the maximum distance that the delivery associate can travel on a trip. If this distance is not fulfilled by the trip, the orders will remain as unassigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Minimum capacity constraint not fulfilled:<\/span><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can define the minimum vehicle capacity that must be occupied at the time of starting a trip. If the total capacity in a trip is less than the minimum capacity defined during trip planning, the orders will remain unassigned.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Order cannot be served due to location restrictions:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While creating customers, you may have specified certain location restrictions against their addresses. If these restrictions are not compatible with the delivery associate\u2019s skill set or vehicle they are using, the order may go unassigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Transit time regulation not fulfilled<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:You can enable the hours of service regulations in the Planning Profile to ensure compliance with the regulations that govern the activities of the delivery associates carrying commercial goods. If the \u2018Total Driving Time\u2019 is breached, the order will remain unassigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">On-duty time regulation not fulfilled<\/span><b>:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similarly, if the &#8216;On Duty Time constraint&#8217; (as per the hours of service regulation configuration in the Planning Profile) is breached, orders will remain unassigned.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job sequencing constraint not fulfilled<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You can prefer to have your orders delivered in certain sequence. If the sequence of orders in the current trip does not align with your priorities, the orders will remain unassigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Order was partially assigned after splitting<b>:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><b style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some orders are split during trip planning because of high volume.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When available delivery associates lack the capacity to complete such orders, they get unassigned.<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Order cannot be serviced with available compartment:<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No compartments in a vehicle were found suitable for the order. For instance, if you want a compartment for frozen items, and there is none available.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>List of unassigned orders: <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the orders that remained unassigned due to one of the above-mentioned reasons are available in this list. You can select the orders and bulk update them or manually assign them to already created trips. You can also plot selected orders on the map, zoom in and out, view the map in full screen, and even apply specific map settings such as map source, theme, type, and more. You can view the planned trips on the map as well.<\/span><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-17719\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/TP4-300x155.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"851\" height=\"440\" fleet.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below the parameters, you can view per trip details, such as Number of Orders Assigned, Planned Distance, Planned Time, Planned Cost, Capacity Utilization, and Total Order Value.<\/span><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14627\" This is considered in Trip Planning when the Planning Objective is Optimize Fleet Capacity or Optimize Time and Distance.<br \/>\n\u2013 Transporter Time Cost ($): Cost that would be incurred when the vehicle is on a trip. This is considered in Trip Planning when the Planning Objective is Optimize Fleet Capacity or Optimize Time and Distance.<br \/>\n\u2013 Waiting Time Cost ($): Cost incurred in waiting for order completion. Total waiting time is calculated as Total Trip Time \u2013 (Total Transit Time between Orders + Total Service Time of all Orders in a trip).
