To achieve this, you can scan the orders into the system to mark them as \u2018inscanned\u2019. Inscanning of orders should be done at a branch when those orders arrive at the branch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable scan operations, specify which entities (Order Number, Manifest ID, Crate Code, AWB Number) can be scanned, and at what stage of the order lifecycle can they be scanned, go to Settings &gt; Order Lifecycle Management, toggle ON the Branch Scan Process property, and select the required configurations. Click Enter. If you have scanned the order\/manifest using a barcode scanner, the scan ID will be auto-populated. The entities you are allowed to scan (order number, manifest ID, crate code, or AWB number) will depend on your configurations, as explained earlier in the article. Based on this Scan ID, other fields on the page, such as Total Orders \/ Total Milestones \/ Total Crate Codes, will also get auto-populated. If you have scanned an order, it will appear in the list below, under the Orders\/Milestones tab (In an End-to-End account, the Orders tab is replaced by the Milestones tab and the current milestone of the order will appear in the list when the order is inscanned). Similarly, if you have scanned a manifest, it will appear in the list, under the Manifests tab. After you have inscanned the orders at a branch, you can outscan them anytime. Outscanning should be done as the orders are leaving your branch.
