Click the arrow next to \u2018Dispatch\u2019 to select the trip whose details you want to view from the drop-down. Dispatch 1 refers to the 1st trip the order was assigned to, Dispatch 2 refers to the 2nd, and so on. If the order hasn&#8217;t been assigned to any trip, it would show as Dispatch 0. For example, specific comments regarding an order\u2019s custom clearance status that would be useful for all dispatchers dealing with that order to know can be added against that order. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, if a customer calls up the customer support and requests changes in items or delivery time windows or adds any delivery instructions, you can tag such notes as comments against the order.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on your operations, you can also allow the delivery associates associated with the order, to view specific order comments, as needed. Moreover, delivery associates can also comment on orders using the Driver App to relay essential information.
