The LogiNext platform offers you the ability to access and download various types of reports, which are categorized into three main categories: Transactional Reports, Master Reports, and Analytics Reports. This article focuses on presenting the list of Transactional and Master Reports. To explore Analytics Reports, click <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transactional reports encompass dynamic data that changes frequently with each new transaction. For instance, reports like All Orders, EPODs, or All Exceptions contain details such as total orders, order dates, start and end times, number of crates and items in each order, time at which the exception is raised, and more. These reports can be useful while creating and processing orders, assigning orders to delivery associates, managing payment transactions, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, Master reports consist of relatively stable data that doesn’t change as frequently as transactional data. These reports serve reference and contextual purposes. For example, All Customers, Fleet Types, and Carrier reports contain details of customers, vehicles, carriers, and other entities such as names, contact numbers, addresses, etc., which remain relatively constant.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access these reports, you can either download them directly from the system or schedule specific reports to be sent to your email address at designated intervals using the <\/span>Report Scheduler<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
