This report contains the data of all delivery associates that are logged into the Driver App and present for the day. It also provides data on those orders and trips that have been completed in the selected time period.&nbsp;Note that any trips that have not been started in the selected time range would not be part of the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can view a delivery associate&#8217;s hours on duty, total orders assigned\/completed\/attempted\/canceled\/missed\/delayed, total busy\/break time, service time, distance traveled, cash balance, average ratings, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Downloading Delivery Associate Performance Report<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To download the Delivery Associate Performance Report, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click the Fleet tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the drop-down menu, select Delivery linked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Delivery Associate Branch Description:<\/span>&nbsp;Description of the delivery associate\u2019s branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Delivery Associate Mobile Number:<\/u>&nbsp;Mobile number of the delivery associate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">User Name:<\/span>&nbsp;Username of the delivery associate that they use to log into the Driver App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Hours on Duty:<\/u>&nbsp;Total number of hours the delivery associate is logged into the Driver App and marked as present in the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>First Login Time:<\/u>&nbsp;First time in the day when the delivery associate logged into the Driver App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Last Logout Time:<\/u>&nbsp;Last time in the day when the delivery associate logged out of the Driver App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Total Orders:<\/u>&nbsp;Total number of orders that the delivery associate completes, attempts, cancels, or misses in the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Orders Completed:<\/u>&nbsp;Total number of orders completed by the delivery associate in the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Orders Attempted:<\/u>&nbsp;Total number of orders attempted but not completed by the delivery associate in the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Orders Cancelled:<\/u>&nbsp;Total number of orders canceled in the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Orders Missed:<\/u>&nbsp;Total number of orders missed by the delivery associate in the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><u>Delayed Orders:<\/u>&nbsp;Total number of orders that were delayed by the delivery associate out of the total orders in the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Deliveries done\/hour:<\/span>&nbsp;Total number of orders delivered by a delivery associate \/ Hours on Duty. For example, if a delivery associate delivers 25 orders in a day and was working for 8 hours, then the Deliveries Done\/Hour will be 25\/8, i.e., 3.12.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Total Busy Time (Hrs):<\/span> Total time (in hours) for which the delivery associate was part of an active trip on the Driver App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Total Break Duration (in mins):<\/span> Time (in mins) for which a delivery associate was on break on the Driver App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Percentage Utilization:<\/span> This will give you an idea of what percentage of the total time that the delivery associate spends on the Driver App is spent on fulfilling the orders.
