When connected to the network, the status is shown as &#8216;Online&#8217;, and when the application is unable to connect, it appears as &#8216;Offline&#8217;.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attendance<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">:<\/span> Delivery associates can mark their attendance in the Driver App using a toggle button. When they turn the toggle on, they will be marked as \u2018Present\u2019, and when they turn it off, they will be marked as \u2018Absent\u2019. You can view a delivery associate\u2019s attendance from the Attendance column in the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/01\/11\/delivery-associate-list-view-2-2\/\">Delivery Associate List View<\/a> or from the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2019\/02\/01\/live\/\">LIVE<\/a> page in the Dispatcher Web App.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">On Break<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">:<\/span> When delivery associates need to take a break during pickups\/deliveries, they can use this toggle to mark themselves on break. If the delivery associate is on break, they will not be considered for auto-assignment. To learn more about this, click <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2023\/01\/29\/loginext-driver-app-mark-on-break\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Current Orders:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associates can view the list of orders that need to be fulfilled as part of the current running trip.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Note that canceled orders also appear in the Current Orders tab as part of the current trip, marked with the \u2018Order Canceled\u2019 stamp.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incomplete Orders:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associates can view the list of orders in the current trip that were not fulfilled successfully. To learn more about the Current Orders and Incomplete Orders tabs, click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/05\/19\/list-of-orders-in-driver-app\/\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bulk Pickup:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associates can select multiple customers\u2019 orders that have the same pickup location and fulfill them together in one go, i.e., in a single pickup cycle.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bulk Deliver:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associates can select multiple customers\u2019 orders that have the same delivery location and fulfill them together in one go, i.e., in a single delivery cycle. This option is especially useful in the case of vehicle breakdowns.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My Trips:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associates can view a list of all the trips for the desired day. To learn more about the My Trips section in the Driver App, click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/01\/17\/start-end-trips\/\">here<\/a>. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Trip Summary<\/span>:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associates can see a summarized view of all the completed trips. They can view a summary of the trip(s) for the day, last week, last month, or last year. To learn more about Trip Summary, click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/05\/23\/trip-summary-of-delivery-associate\/\">here. <\/a><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stop Trip<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">:<\/span> Delivery associates can stop the trip from the menu once they have delivered or picked up all the orders in the trip. You can also make this happen automatically by enabling the Auto Stop Trip After Last Order option in <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2021\/09\/29\/order-lifecycle-management\/\">Order Lifecycle Management<\/a>.<br><\/span><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 250px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfRHZb-HdYXTa-paVFaqdEtIs84B6Gj87Wos4Nw9m9Jbv9AiNnvzvCUJ7L1ZAJl01zw0yyR7ewg2P3u50GuY28RByvjzhMJam1xQAXOq5keMWl_CtUnGm0nabp9lcjVdkaERDMG?key=gQdsbFmyXnOFs2G-Wfii_w\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pending Consent Forms:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associates can view the pending consent form\/instruction documents, etc., fill in the required details, and\/or accept them, as required. They can see the total amount collected, deposited, or pending for a selected view. They can view their profile, points earned, badges received, etc., in the leaderboard. Hotspots provide a real-time visual representation of high-demand or high demand-supply gap areas for delivery associates to know where they can expect more orders. The delivery associates can then choose to navigate to these areas to increase their chances of getting assigned more orders. Note that these orders are also available under the Current Orders or Incomplete Orders sections in the Menu, based on their current status. You can inform your delivery associates of which option to select, out of Manifest, AWB Number, Crates, Items, and All. Further, they can also select how they want to scan: Single (one barcode at a time) or Continuous (multiple barcodes one after another). If no email ID is available even at the topmost level, the Operational Support Email ID provided in the Organization Profile will be displayed.<br><strong>b) Branch Manager Email ID: <\/strong>The Branch Manager Email ID provided at the branch-level is displayed.<br><strong>c) Branch Manager Contact Number:<\/strong> The Branch Manager Contact Number provided at the branch-level is displayed.<br><strong>d) Central Help Desk Contact No.:<\/strong> If an Operational Support Phone Number is specified at the branch level, delivery associates linked to that branch will see the branch-specific number in their Driver App. If no number is provided at the branch level, the system will cascade upwards through the hierarchy to the parent branch, the parent\u2019s parent branch, and so forth. For example, the app accesses the camera to capture delivery or pickup proofs.
