{"id":5430,"date":"2018-05-19T07:46:42","date_gmt":"2018-05-19T07:46:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/?p=5430"},"modified":"2026-01-28T09:41:12","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T09:41:12","slug":"list-of-orders-in-driver-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2018\/05\/19\/list-of-orders-in-driver-app\/","title":{"rendered":"List of Orders in the Driver App"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\t<div class=\"dkpdf-button-container\" style=\" text-align:left \">\n\n\t\t<a class=\"dkpdf-button\" href=\"\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/5430?pdf=5430\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"dkpdf-button-icon\"><i class=\"fa fa-file-pdf-o\"><\/i><\/span> Download PDF<\/a>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery associates can view different types of orders in the Driver App. These include orders that are offered to them for acceptance or rejection, assigned to them as part of an ongoing trip, successfully completed, cancelled, and attempted but could not be fulfilled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All these orders are available under the Current Orders and Incomplete Orders options in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/05\/18\/menu-in-driver-app\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Driver App Menu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Current Orders option includes three tabs: New, Current, and Completed, providing a clear view of offered, active, and fulfilled orders.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Incomplete Orders option has a dedicated screen for orders that were attempted but could not be completed successfully.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let us explore these in detail:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>A. The tabs for New and Completed Orders will be adjacent to it. This is what each of these tabs represents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Current Orders:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This tab displays a list of both pickup and delivery orders that are either scheduled to be picked up or delivered by the delivery associate during the ongoing trip. The order cards are arranged based on the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2018\/01\/17\/delivery-run-sheet-drs\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery Run Sheet (DRS)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sequence.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-26787\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image5-87.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"492\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image5-87.png 720w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image5-87-148x300.png 148w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image5-87-504x1024.png 504w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 242px) 100vw, 242px\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Cancelled orders also appear in the Current Orders tab as part of the ongoing trip. These are marked with an Order Canceled stamp. You will not be able to view the details for such orders or fulfill them. Once accepted, these orders will appear in the Current Orders tab, where the delivery associate can proceed to fulfill them, as required. You can define the relevant fields that you want your delivery associates to view in the order cards, add address fields (such as locality, apartment, city, etc.) in the desired sequence, set font specifications, and more.
