In such cases, the delivery associates can transfer the order(s) to another delivery associate to ensure they are fulfilled on time. The Order Transfer feature lets your delivery associates select or scan order(s) and transfer them to another delivery associate. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on the settings that you have configured within their Access Profile, delivery associates can either initiate order transfer requests or directly transfer the orders to other delivery associates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable the Order Transfer feature for your delivery associates, you will need to enable its access for them. To learn how to configure accesses for your delivery associates, click <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2021\/07\/14\/driver-app-management-role-based-access-controls\/\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Go to Settings &gt; Driver App Management &gt; Access Profiles &gt; Order Management and Automation &gt; Allow Delivery Associate to Transfer Orders on the Field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you enable the toggle, you can view the following options:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allow Accept \/ Reject Transferred Orders: Enable this toggle to provide your delivery associates the flexibility to accept or reject order transfer requests, as needed. Once enabled, you can specify the timeout period (in sec) in the \u2018Accept or Reject Timeout\u2019 field. Delivery associates must accept or reject the order transfer requests within the specified timeframe. If the set time elapses, the order transfer request will automatically be canceled. Note that the default timeout period is set to 300 seconds. Conversely, if you have disabled the &#8216;Allow Accept \/ Reject Transferred Orders&#8217; toggle, delivery associates will receive transferred orders directly without the option to accept or reject them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider Available Capacity of Delivery Associate: Enable this toggle to ensure that when a delivery associate is selecting recipients for transferring an order, only those with sufficient capacity\u2014based on units, weight, and volume\u2014will be displayed. In case multiple orders are being transferred, the delivery associates with a total available capacity greater than the combined capacity required for all orders will be displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider Intransit Delivery Associate: Enable this toggle to include delivery associates who are currently in transit in the list of potential recipients for order transfers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider Skill Sets of Delivery Associate: Enable this toggle to ensure that when a delivery associate is selecting recipients for transferring an order, only those with the required skill sets to fulfill the orders are displayed. The recommended list consists of delivery associates that are \u2018Present\u2019 for the day and have their current status as \u2018Online\u2019, sorted by proximity.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Delivery associates in both the &#8216;AI Recommended&#8217; and &#8216;Others&#8217; lists belong to the same branch and share the same Access Profile as the associate transferring the order. The lists are generated based on skill set, capacity, and other constraints defined in the Access Profile.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lect the relevant delivery associate to whom you want to transfer the Once accepted, these orders will appear in the \u2018Current\u2019 tab, where they can fulfill those orders, as required. Conversely, if you have disabled the \u2018Allow Accept \/ Reject transferred orders\u2019 toggle, delivery associates can directly view all received orders in the \u2018Current\u2019 tab, where they
