If not, then the system automatically creates this as a new customer and adds it to the customer master. You can provide any unique alphanumeric value as the address id or if you leave the field blank, the system will auto-generate an address id. When creating an order, you need to select the customer id as well as the address id to auto-populate several fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address Type: Type of customer address, e.g., Home, Office, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address Service Time (in minutes): Time it would require to service the customer at this particular address. You may enter different service time for different addresses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address Timezone: Timezone of the customer. This field is auto-populated when you select the country field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred Start Time: Time at which the customer prefers the pickup\/delivery to happen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred End Time: Time at which the customer prefers the pickup\/delivery to happen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Break Time: Time at which the customer takes a break. The planning engine would consider the break time while assigning orders to the delivery associate. You can maintain a maximum of 3 break times per address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly Off: Days on which the customer would not be available at the address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Primary Address: Mark one of the address as a primary address. This would be helpful when you are creating orders using Excel or APIs. This address would be considered if you do not pass the address id when creating orders from API.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional Contact Details: Additional contact number and email ID of the customer, if any. To add an additional contact number, click +, enter the contact details, and click Save.
