You can do this by manually assigning these orders to relevant trips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When assigning an order manually to a trip, you can either:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) assign it directly to a specific trip, or<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) use the Suggest Trips feature, which shows you trips suggested by the system based on specific settings (Trip Suggestion Settings).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Suggest Trips feature displays trips sorted based on their suitability to fulfill the selected orders. You can then assign the orders to one of the suggested trips, as required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can access the Suggest Trips functionality from the Live screen, Order List View, or by using the Suggest Trip API. This article explains how to use the Suggest Trips feature via Order List View. To learn about how to use it via the Live screen, refer to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2021\/02\/12\/manual-assignment-of-orders\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> article. Click the Trip Suggestion Settings option to configure the criteria for trip suggestions. Here, you can specify various selection criteria such as:<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-27391\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-98.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-98.png 1999w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-98-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-98-1024x578.png 1024w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-98-768x433.png 768w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-98-1536x867.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suggest Trip Between: Here, you can specify the Start-End time window of the trips that should be suggested. For Not Started trips, the estimated start\/end time is used. The system considers trips whose start or end time falls within this window. The default value is 1 week from the Order Date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider Branches: Select the branch(es) to which the delivery associates of the trips are linked. The default branch selected is Current Branch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suggestion Radius: Specify the maximum distance between the delivery associates linked to the trips and the selected order. The default value is 20 km.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trip Status: Select the status(es) of the trips to be considered. The default statuses are Started and Not Started.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider Delivery Type: Enable this toggle to filter trips based on the skill sets. By default, this toggle is disabled.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider Capacity Constraints: Enable this toggle to consider the capacity of the trips with respect to the selected order. By default, this toggle is disabled.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider Time Constraints: Enable this toggle to consider time constraints, i.e., the Order Start Time and Order End Time of the selected order with respect to the trips. By default, this toggle is disabled.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you have specified the settings, you can either \u2018Apply\u2019 them for now or \u2018Save &amp; Apply\u2019 them to use every time you visit this page or opt for the Suggest Trips option.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If none of the settings in the Trip Suggestion Settings are changed, the system considers the default values.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-27392\" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-125.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-125.png 956w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-125-177x300.png 177w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-125-603x1024.png 603w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-125-768x1305.png 768w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image1-125-904x1536.png 904w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can view the suggested trips <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on the right-hand side pane. However, if you would like to make changes to the sequence yourself, simply drag and drop the order to the desired place in the order sequence. You can also modify the placement of other orders.
