It is aimed at providing the Operations Managers most up-to-date and real-time picture of their day-to-day operations. Live features an interactive view of all your Orders, Delivery Associates, and Trips in the system. By default, the system shows Orders corresponding to all the statuses for the last 7 days. You can generate the card view for Orders of a specific status by clicking on the dropdown next to the \u2018All Orders\u2019 label on the top of the pane and choosing the appropriate status from the list of statuses and changing the date range from the Date Picker.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For an Order to be shown in the respective card view, the following date\/time should fall in the selected date and time period:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Orders: Start Time Window<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unassigned Orders: Start Time Window<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assigned Orders: Start Time Window<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Intransit Orders: Actual Start Time<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Pickedup Orders:\u00a0Start Time Window<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Delivered Orders: Actual End Time<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Attempted Pickup Orders: Actual End Time<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Attempted Delivery Orders: Actual End Time<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Cancelled Orders:\u00a0Cancellation Time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can access data only from the past three years.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An Order Card is a summarized view of the Order, you can click to expand it to view more details and take action on the Order. You can also refer to the alarm icon on an order card to quickly know whether the order is on track to be picked up\/delivered on time. Also, the maps are interactive which enables you to view details and take actions by clicking on the respective legends for Orders, Trips, and Delivery Associates. You can use the legends for these to identify the Order Status.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Heatmap<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: This will show your Order volume in a particular region of the map as a Heat Map.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Order Status (And Legends) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filter the Map to mark Orders corresponding to specific status(s) on the map. Map Settings also features adding legends for Points of Interest, Traffic, and Ruler Controls.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Trip and Delivery Associate Card View<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The right-hand side pane of the Live screen features card views for Trips and Delivery Associates which you can select by clicking on their respective tabs on the top of the pane.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Trips Card View:<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By default, the system shows Trips for the last 7 days, you can change this by using the date picker on the top right of the pane. You can also easily filter for the trips corresponding to the following status(s):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All Trips<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Started Trips<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not Started Trips<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ended Trips<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can access data only from the past three years.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can select a Trips Card to view it on the Map. Also, you can take quick actions on a trip from the following options on the Trips Cards:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Start Trip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Use this to Start the selected Trip. This option is only available for not-started Trips<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>History<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: This will open the \u201cTrips Details\u201d for the selected Trip in a new tab<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>View\/Edit DRS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Use this to view and edit the DRS. This will open a new Live screen from where you can resequence the order in which your orders will be fulfilled in the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Print DRS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: This will open a new tab where the selected Trips DRS is available in pdf format and ready for printing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Delete<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You can use this option to delete the selected Trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Record Cash<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You can use this to quickly record cash for the selected Trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Assign Now: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use this to assign trips to carriers. Note that<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you can only assign Not Started trips, and at present, the trip assignment functionality is limited for the CitySprint carrier.
