However, there may be situations where you need to gather additional information beyond these predefined fields. This extra data may be relevant to modules like Orders, Trips, and more. Provide the relevant information in the following fields, as required:<br \/>\n<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Field Properties<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Field Name: Name displayed for the field in relevant forms and list views.<br \/>\nNote: You can use the same Field Name for different Custom Fields if they are linked to different modules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Field Key: Unique identifier for the field in the LogiNext platform.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infotip: Help text provided to users when they hover over this field in a form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attach with Module(s): Module(s) with which you want to attach the Custom Field, such as Order, Territory, Delivery Associate, Vehicle, and more.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Field Validations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mandatory: Turn the toggle on to make the field mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Field Type: Type of field that you want to create, such as text, number, time, date, and more. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: You need to define the minimum and maximum characters for text and number field types, and enter drop-down values for drop-down, multi-select, and radio field types.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-15001 \" src=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-36.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-36.png 1068w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-36-214x300.png 214w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-36-768x1079.png 768w, https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image3-36-729x1024.png 729w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.
