While the system provides default forms, they may not fully match your specific business needs, as some fields in the form may be unnecessary, while others you require may be missing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To enable you to tailor these forms as per your business operations, the platform offers Form and List Builder,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which lets you add <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">new fields, remove the ones that are not relevant, rearrange the sequence, and more<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once your forms are set up, you can assign them to specific <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2021\/03\/19\/user-and-access-management\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">organization roles<\/span><\/a>,<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensuring each user sees only the fields relevant to them. For example, if your business has two teams operating from different locations, and each requires a unique set of fields while creating orders, you can configure two separate Add Order Form templates. Each template can then be linked to the organization role associated with the respective location, ensuring clarity and operational efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Similar to forms, you can also configure lists by using Form and List Builder. If you are a new user, select the default template. Here you will find Predefined Fields as well as Custom Fields.<br>-Predefined Fields are standard fields provided by LogiNext and are available by default in the form. <br>-Custom Fields are user-defined fields created to capture additional information that is specific to your business requirements. Custom Fields linked to the module you have selected (such as Order, Trip, etc.) are shown in the Additional Information section. Click Save.<br><strong>Note: <\/strong>Any changes made to field validations\u2014such as minimum\/maximum length and mandatory checks\u2014will be common for all the templates of a particular form, APIs and bulk excel upload. If field validations are updated in one template, it will reflect the same in all other templates. To let users start using it, you need to link it to a specific organization role(s). Only after users are added can you link them to a form or list template. To learn more about adding users, click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2021\/03\/19\/user-and-access-management\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since each organization role can only be linked to one template at a time, assigning a role to a new template will automatically delink it from its previous one. To prevent any accidental changes, the system will display a warning message: <em>\u2018This user role is already linked to another template. Proceeding will remove the role from the current template and associate it with the new one\u2019.<\/em><br><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfl5Z2BQf06tN2zw58pECmDbOz62dmgxr5FMX7lYVQk2YG0XURtQTbt_bWX6UrWVZ6yVbsVXcp7lf7oI9TLECP64iv-BLgNPaJsHHTpZ8ojHktxjn9yz9ce4SF0alc5gbOzZhQAUw?key=LwK8fiL7wlPg1AxFvzjkNscf\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also configure the Add\/Update Order Request and Customer forms for your shippers, which will be reflected to them in LogiNext Shipper. To do this, add a shipper\u2019s Organization Role to the relevant form templates. The associated templates will be displayed to the shipper&#8217;s users when they access the corresponding forms in LogiNext Shipper. You can also create and assign different templates for different shippers, as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any Custom Fields added to a shipper&#8217;s Add\/Update Order Request form template will also appear in the corresponding form in LogiNext Shipper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not specify any Add\/Update Order Request or Customer form template for a shipper, the system will consider the template marked as favorite. If favorite templates are not available either, then the default templates will be used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Supported Capabilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>From the list of templates, you can perform the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Link Organization Roles to a template: <\/strong>The above section, &#8216;Linking Organization Roles With Forms&#8217;, explains this in detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clone a template: <\/strong>To do so, follow these steps:\n<ul>\n<li>Click the copy icon next to the template you want to copy.<br><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 850px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfbv_UucaU5rFwA6ndbkKdfLwwLRDkeGKYxrQnV6HwTMsJNKpIE9wUKMBuHu90rHEM1SeI1utgV-9aj2gtMBMSmjZuQx7JafyL_nOqiFzojOQk_-ytiNEDbl2tbKJTsrtys1JFtLA?key=DaF3x_pE7qZvkcd01HIAn-ST\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specify the name that you wish to give to the new template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save.
