Onboarding your delivery associates on the Driver App is critical to getting the most out of the LogiNext platform. Delivery associates can use the Driver App to fulfill orders, follow a predetermined route, accept payments, and accomplish their day-to-day tasks more efficiently.<\/span><\/p>\n

To onboard and activate a new delivery associate in the Driver App, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Add the delivery associate to the LogiNext platform. To learn how to do so, click <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>. Ensure that you specify an active mobile number, as it will be used to send the activation link to the delivery associate.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Once you add the delivery associate, you will be able to view them in the <\/span>Delivery Associate List View<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. In the Delivery Associate List View, select the delivery associate(s) you want to activate, click the More button, and select the Send Activation Link option in the drop-down menu. The system will send an activation link to the selected delivery associate(s).

  4. They will receive the activation link along with their username through SMS on their registered mobile number.

  5. By clicking the activation link, they will be able to download the Driver App.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Once the Driver App is installed, it will launch on the delivery associate’s mobile device with the username pre-filled and the option to set the password.
    \n<\/span><\/span>Note:<\/b><\/p>\n

    If the delivery associate is redirected to the browser instead of the Driver App while setting the password, go to Settings > Apps > See all apps > Driver App > Supported Links. Select Open in this app and make sure the relevant domains are enabled. Once updated, relaunch the Driver App to access the set password option within the Driver App.<\/span><\/p>\n
