These views are designed to help you efficiently manage records within your operations. While the system provides default list templates to help you get started, they may display fields that are not relevant to your business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable you to tailor these lists as per your business operations, the platform offers Form and List Builder, which lets you select which fields you want to be visible in the list view, hide fields that are not required, and rearrange the sequence of displayed fields to match your workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your lists are set up, you can assign them to specific organization roles, ensuring each user sees only the fields relevant to them. For instance, a list template displaying pricing details can be linked to users in the accounts team, while a different view showing delivery associate or vehicle information can be made available to operations or logistics roles. This ensures every user has a clean, role-relevant view that supports efficiency and data security.<br><br><strong>Note:<\/strong> Similar to lists, you can also configure forms by using Form and List Builder. To learn more, click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2019\/01\/22\/customize-forms\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuring a New List Template<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To configure a new list template, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click the Settings icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Form and List Builder in the drop-down menu.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXebxFBgLKTITJNKsFXtgR4Zs-2abGY2I5YesuobY7WCcnmZrsjDiDdW_Dp3ETRGMb9Xw2ToIr4ar03b_a9ZPL_W2Axxx0FGldcAcTV5Zk7bZ0QzlEQtBVhRzFMsh9UBFhevZBNLtw?key=LwK8fiL7wlPg1AxFvzjkNscf\" style=\"width: 320px;\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the left navigation panel, select the module (e.g., Order, Order Request, etc.) for which you want to configure the list view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the arrow icon to expand the relevant list view section (such as Inscan Order List View), and then click Add New Template to begin creating a custom list view.<br><strong><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 860px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfQdS2S8fB_rlsQg_XvkCgV3xJnrXVcQXoZ_3u2SrE-L7x0XxWxq5jHMuxUH9CqBdKlZamLiNBDTEULSDclRUooll5BikX8PAf_5EEVbjkZlbQExA7OhIzvYT07bbAjS9fn55AOcQ?key=LwK8fiL7wlPg1AxFvzjkNscf\"><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the pop-up screen, provide the following details:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Template Name: <\/strong>Name of the template you are creating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clone From Template<\/strong>: In this field, select the template that you want to clone. If you are a new user, select the default template. If you have previously created templates, you will also see them listed here and can choose one of them instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Proceed to Form and List Builder.<br><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 650px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfJ1tnmF_Cs2OtEXOJdaD8r43Zi6obK_GSps9GhvzAc6AwU_YON5Kr1vXl_Uwe1U9P3FX_TsXOtFMK5fD8bPV0SqqoHA4J4sFrx_BlQeQsO2LqZdn4qBMw1US8nrVohY-8nKvA-?key=LwK8fiL7wlPg1AxFvzjkNscf\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Add List Configuration page will open up. Here you will find Predefined Fields as well as Custom Fields.<br>-Predefined Fields are standard fields provided by LogiNext and are available by default in the form. -Custom Fields are user-defined fields created to capture additional information that is specific to your business requirements. Custom Fields linked to the module you have selected (such as Order, Trip, etc.). Use the \u2018Preferred in the Map View\u2019 toggle to control this setting. To let users start using it, you need to link it to a specific organization role(s). Only after users are added can you link them to a form or list template. To learn more about adding users, click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/#\/2021\/03\/19\/user-and-access-management\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since each organization role can only be linked to one template at a time, assigning a role to a new template will automatically delink it from its previous one. To prevent any accidental changes, the system will display a warning message: <em>\u2018This user role is already linked to another template.
