The LogiNext platform lets you manage all the contracts with your carriers through the Contract Masters feature. Provide the relevant information in the following fields, as required:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><b>General Details:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Contract Number:<\/span> Contract Number is the unique number that you would have in your contracts with your carriers.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Carrier Name<\/span>: The name of the carrier with which you are creating the contract. Click the Add Fleet Type button. In the Fleet Type form pop-up, provide the relevant information in the following fields, as required:<br>\u2013 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fleet Type:<\/span> The Fleet Type is the list of fleets that you have created in the Fleet Type master.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Count per Vehicle Type:<\/span> This is the maximum number of vehicles of this type that the carrier would provide you for this branch.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fleet Make<\/span>: This information is auto-filled from the Fleet Type Master.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Capacity<\/span>: This information is auto-filled based on the selected Fleet Type.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fixed Cost<\/span>: This is the fixed cost that the carrier would charge you per vehicle as soon as you ask for the vehicle from the carrier.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Variable Cost<\/span>: This is the per Km\/Mile cost that the carrier would charge.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Transport Time Cost<\/span>: This is a time cost i.e. cost that would be incurred when the vehicle is traveling in the trip.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Waiting Time Cost:<\/span> This is a time cost when the vehicle is waiting for order completion. Total waiting time is calculated as Total Trip Time \u2013(Total Transit Time between Orders + Total Service Time of all Orders in the Trip)<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Shift Start Time:<\/span> Time from which the vehicle would be available in the day.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Shift End Time<\/span>: Time till the vehicle is available in the day.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Break Start Time and Break End Time<\/span>: Time range within which the vehicle can take a break for a specified duration. E.g. Driver of the vehicle may take a break between 1 PM to 1:15 PM. In such a case, the break start time would be 1 PM and the Break End Time would be 1:15 PM.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Break Duration (in mins)<\/span>: Duration for which the driver can take a break within the shift.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Weekly Off Days<\/span>: Days on which the vehicle is not available for operations.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Maximum Distance (per day)<\/span>: The maximum distance that the vehicle can travel in a day. This is considered when planning orders and assigning them to a vehicle.<br>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Loading Time (in mins<\/span>): Time taken to load orders in the vehicle.
