To learn more about Rate Profiles, click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.loginextsolutions.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/28\/rate-profiles\/\">here<\/a>.<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Address Details<br><\/span>Address details of the carrier company.<br><b>Map View:<\/b>&nbsp;On the right, you will find the geocoded location of the address you have provided, presented in a map view. You can click the marked location on the map and view the address. Zones help define the serviceable areas of your carrier branches. Each carrier branch\u2019s Service Area can consist of multiple Zones, each of which can be drawn on the map. A carrier branch will only be considered for auto-assignment if the order\u2019s pickup, as well as delivery locations, fall within one of its Zones.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create a Zone: Search for a location by using the Search functionality on the map. You can also use the + icon to Zoom In. Click the Polygon icon to start creating the Zone. Click the map where you would like to draw the first point of the Zone and similarly at other points to draw a basic outline of the Zone. You can also use Drag-n-Drop functionality to create the perfect outline.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Zone Description:&nbsp;<\/b>Description of the zone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Zonal Rate Profile: <\/b>Rate Profile associated with the Zone. You can link a Rate Profile with a carrier branch\u2019s Zone if the carrier levies different rates in different Zones due to dissimilar fuel charges, terrain, and so on. In case of any errors in the uploaded file, you will get the error details in the last column \u2018Error Messages\u2019.
