The numbers in brackets are the count of orders offered via auto-assignment and the total orders on which the auto-assignment engine ran, respectively.<br>It represents the total of the orders shown in the other four sections:<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offered Only to Own Delivery Associates: Percentage of orders offered exclusively to your own delivery associates (out of the Total Orders Offered). Note that even if Carrier Auto-Assignment also ran on these orders (because both \u2018Auto-Assign to Delivery Associate\u2019 and \u2018Auto-Assign to Carrier\u2019 were enabled in the Auto-Assignment Objective), they were not offered to any carriers.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offered Only to Carrier Delivery Associates: Percentage of orders offered exclusively to carriers\u2019 delivery associates (out of the Total Orders Offered).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offered Only to Carriers: Percentage of orders offered exclusively to carriers (out of the Total Orders Offered). This reflects the proportion of all offers made by the auto-assignment engine that were accepted by delivery associates, carriers, etc.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Offers Rejected:<\/strong> Percentage of total order offers that were rejected within the selected date range and filters. This reflects the proportion of all offers made by the auto-assignment engine that were rejected by delivery associates, carriers, etc.<br>Note that an order may have more than one rejection if it was offered to multiple delivery associates\/carriers and rejected multiple times.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Offers Timed-Out:<\/strong> Percentage of total order offers that timed out (i.e., the number of offers that were timed out\/expired without response compared to the total offers made by the auto-assignment engine) within the selected date range and filters.<strong><br><\/strong>Note that an order may have multiple timeouts if it was offered to several delivery associates\/carriers and timed out more than once.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Offers Lapsed:<\/strong> Percentage of total order offers that lapsed (i.e., the number of offers that were lapsed compared to the total offers made by the auto-assignment engine) within the selected date range and filters.<br>When an order is offered to multiple delivery associates simultaneously (i.e,&nbsp; when the &#8216;Maximum Pool Size&#8217; property is set to more than 1), and one of the delivery associates accepts the offer, the offers made to the other delivery associates are marked as &#8216;Lapsed&#8217;. These offers were neither explicitly rejected nor timed out, but are no longer available since the order is accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below the cards, you can view the Auto-Assignment Attempt Distribution graph.
